As far as every other aspect of project management ( especially with multiple projects and PMs ), RedMine has really taken the cake so far. getharvest.com came a close second, but just kinda fell short. I believe both solutions can import basecamp data. FWIW, the same company that does CashBoard also has a nice decent shopping cart solution.
